We chose to use DTB Residential to sell our property after initially buying on a development they were handling 4 years previous. After being impressed with how Matt had overcome multiple hurdles in what turned out to be quite a stressful purchase there was no one else we would have chosen to handle the sale of our property when we decided the time was right to move on. I must say we weren’t disappointed and Matt sold our property within a couple of weeks with a sale price that matched his valuation almost to the penny. The sales process went relatively smoothly with the exception of a couple of issues which Matt dealt with in an extremely timely and professional manner and was always at the end of the phone no matter what time of day or night I called him (I admit I may have called once or twice well outside normal office hours but Matt was always happy to talk through the sale and reassure me when needed). Thank you Matt, we will definitely be using you again when we come to move on.
